Who I am
This website belongs to Aitor Westerlund Angue, designer in The Hague, KvK 89309987. I am responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach me at [email protected].
No cookies, no tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or social media trackers. The fonts are served from this site itself. To show the opening loading screen only once per visit, your browser keeps one small note ("aw-seen") in its session storage; it never leaves your device and is deleted when you close the tab.
When you visit
Like every website, this one needs your IP address and basic browser details to send you its pages. The site is hosted by DigitalOcean in Amsterdam and delivered and protected by Cloudflare. Both may keep short technical logs for security and to keep the site running. I do not use these logs to identify you. Cloudflare is a US company; transfers of data to the US happen under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in a working, secure website (AVG art. 6(1)(f)).
When you write to me
If you email me, I receive your name, email address and whatever you write. I use it only to answer you and, if we work together, for that work. My email runs on Zoho Mail on servers in the EU. I keep messages as long as needed for our contact and for any work and records that follow from it, and delete them when they are no longer needed. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in answering you, or taking steps towards an agreement at your request (AVG art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). I do not sell or share your data, and I make no automated decisions about you.
Your rights
You can ask me to see, correct or delete your personal data, to limit or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable form. Email me and I will answer within a month. If you think I handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the data protection authority of the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
